The road to chaos leads to the City of Brotherly Love! WCW officially invades the CoreStates Center in Philadelphia on October 28 for the return of Halloween Havoc.

The main event is locked in and it's a massive clash of styles. The new WCW World Heavyweight Champion, Diamond Dallas Page, defends his gold against the man who outlasted everyone in St. Louis, Sean O’Haire. The "Psycho Killer" has earned his mandatory shot and he’s looking to bring a brutal end to the reign of DDP on WCW’s most haunted night.

The Foundation will be out in full force with Kanyon, Mike Awesome, and the new Cruiserweight Champ Billy Kidman looking to dominate the landscape. Meanwhile, Rob Van Dam continues to set the bar as the WCW United States Champion, bringing his extreme style to a city that knows him well.

Every former champion from Sunday night has activated their rematch clause, meaning nearly every piece of gold in the company is on the line in a single night!

The main event sees the "New" WCW World Heavyweight Champion, Diamond Dallas Page, making his first official defense. He’ll go one-on-one with the man he dethroned, Lance Storm. With Dawn Marie at ringside, Storm is desperate to prove St. Louis was a fluke and bring the Big Gold Belt back to the Foundation.

The carnage doesn't stop there. Joanie Laurer looks to continue her path of destruction as she defends the Women’s Championship against a vengeful Stacy Keibler, who will have the powerhouse Shawn Stasiak in her corner. In the tag team division, the new champions, Misfits In Action, face a final stand against the Full Blooded Italians in a rematch of their brutal Fall Brawl encounter.

Plus, the cruiserweight division is set to explode as Billy Kidman makes his first title defense against the former champion Chavo Guerrero Jr. after their alliance officially crumbled in St. Louis.
