Biography

Widely regarded as the "Greatest Wrestler on God's Green Earth," Harley Race remains one of the most decorated and respected figures in the history of the sport, characterized by a rugged, hard-hitting style that defined championship wrestling for decades. While he is legendary for his record-setting eight reigns as the NWA World Heavyweight Champion and his role as the inaugural NWA United States Champion, his tenure in WCW saw him transition into a formidable mastermind outside the ring.

During the early 1990s, Race became one of the promotion's premier managers, most notably guiding the "Mastodon" Big Van Vader to multiple WCW World Heavyweight Championship victories and leading Lex Luger to his first world title.
