Sadly, no Elton John to open the music as we get the standard Velocity music and we are welcomed to the show by Scott Hudson & Don West.
Chetti starts off against CW hitting a few arm-drags, but CW shuts that down with a big clothesline followed by a vertical suplex. Wright tags in, and from this point on Wright and Anderson are completely anchoring Chetti in their corner. Chetti tries to fight out with some stiff forearms and starts crawling toward his corner, but CW tags back in and cuts him off with a powerslam. Pete Gas is out on the apron screaming and desperately reaching for a tag, but Wright pulls Chetti right back across the ring. A back suplex by Wright gets a close 2-count.
Chetti finally ducks a clothesline and hits a desperate enzuigiri! Both men are down and gasping for air. Chetti is crawling, reaching... he's almost there... but CW Anderson runs across the apron and knocks Pete Gas off the apron with a big running elbow. Wright grabs a defenseless Chetti hooks him, and plants him hard with a Sit-Out Gourdbuster! Hudson on commentary calls the move "The Wright Stuff!" 1, 2, 3.

Young tries to lock up immediately, but Kwee Wee is out here doing his usual flamboyant hip-swivel stuff just to frustrate him. Young gets visibly pissed off and clobbers him with a heavy right hand, following up with scoop slam. Young controls the pace for a bit with a grinding chinlock, but Lenny and Lodi start screaming and throwing tantrums from the outside to cheer Kwee Wee on. Kwee Wee catches a second wind and fights back with a flurry of rapid slaps and a springboad back eblow that sends Young stumbling into the corner. Kwee Wee unloads with a series of chops. Kwee Wee hits a big suplex out of the corner, then grabs Young and plants him with a Kwee Wee Bomb! He hooks the leg for the 3.
Winner: Kwee WeeKwee Wee celebrates after the match with Lenny Lane & Lodi. The Rainbow Express dance, provocatively to say the least. Weirdly this gets a bigger reaction then the match.
Scott Hudson lets us all know that Bob Evans likes to go by the name “Brutal” Bob Evans, just as Amos Hersch squashes him with a big running crossbody. Hersch heads to the top rope and hits a big diving splash to flatten Evans like a panecake! He grabs the near lifeless Evans and shoves him into the ropes before nailing a Boss Man Slam. Dragging him to the corner and here comes the Deadweight Elbow! 1-2-3.
Winner: Amos HerschAfter the match, Hersch squashes Evans again with a Deadweight Elbow.
We get a repeat of the video package of last week showing images of Samurai and ancient Japan with some big banging drums. Omori is coming.
The bell rings and Dreamer immediately brings a trash can into play, hitting Bagwell right upside the head with it! Bagwell rolls outside to catch his breath, but he grabs a cookie sheet from under the ring and clocks Dreamer right back as the champion tries to follow him out. This is turning into a total weapon-fest early on. Bagwell choked Dreamer against the guardrail, soaking in the loud boos from the crowd. Back in the ring, Bagwell sets up a trash can in the corner, but Dreamer fights back, chucking a trash can lid directly into Bagwell's face. Dreamer follows up with a swinging neckbreaker onto a baking sheet for a close two-count.
Dreamer goes under the ring for his trusty Singapore cane, but Bagwell blindsides him with a blatant low blow while the ref can't do a thing about it. Bagwell hits a swinging neckbreaker of his own and looks like he's firmly in control. He mocks the crowd, flexes for the cameras, and climbs all the way to the top turnbuckle. He's looking for the Buff Blockbuster to finish Dreamer off! Bagwell flies through the air, BUT DREAMER CRACKS HIM MID-AIR WITH THE SINGAPORE CANE! Oh man, what a horrific shot! Bagwell collapses to the canvas clutching his chest in agony. Dreamer wastes no time, grabbing Bagwell and plants him with a brutal DDT right onto a baking sheet! 1—2—3!
Winner and Still WCW World Hardcore Champion: Tommy DreamerDreamer holds up the WCW World Hardcore Championship after the match when he is completely blindsided by Amos Hersch! Hersch lays a beating on Dreamer. Hersch lifts Dreamer up and Powerbombs him down onto a chair that was near. Hersch drags a lifeless Dreamer to the corner and puts a trash can on his chest. Hersch to the middle rope and obliterates Dreamer and flattens the trash can with a huge Deadweight Elbow! Hersch grabs the Hardcore title and holds it up, screaming as Velocity goes off the air.
